We've started our vaccinations... not the fun part of the trip at all! For the Malaria, the kids will be taking malarone, and Jude and I the doxycycline... we will take a small dose before leaving so we can adjust things if there are unwanted side effects... one doctor here suggested DEET insect repellent, and another one warned off it saying it's not great for your liver, and that everyone now is using a eucalyptus based one... who do you believe? The mosquitos don't care...
Keeping in touch seems like a full time job at this end – along with the full time job I already have. But a little every night seems to be keeping the whole thing moving.... and come the 13th July we fly out of Adelaide ready or not!
Our plans are coming along well, still have many things to do, but 1 thing... renovating the new main toilet is nearly complete... to have someone renting our house and having the old toilet leaking onto the floor wouldn't be the best...!
